Oliver Clay

Oliver is a highly qualified personal trainer with a Master’s certification from the European Personal Training Institute (EPTI) and an academic sports instructor course from college. This unique combination of academic achievements equips Oliver with a well-rounded understanding of fitness and coaching. Clients can trust in his professional approach to deliver tailored and effective training programs to help them achieve your health and fitness goals.

Toby Clay

Toby qualified as a personal trainer in 2000 and has helped hundreds of clients since. He also manages the Personal Trainer education programme at the European Personal Training Institute.

He remains a keen competitive athlete, applying his knowledge and experience of strength and conditioning to his own training as well as to his clients’.

He represented Great Britain at both the 2023 World, and the 2023 European Indoor Rowing Championships, winning gold medals at both competitions in his masters age category.
